Megan Glover
Megan Glover joined SMBC MANUBANK in June 2021 and serves as Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in human resource management with a focus on the financial sector.
Her experience has included successfully managing all aspects of HR for businesses going through IPO, acquisition, and start up. Her specialties include compensation and benefits management; development and implementation of corporate policies; organizational analysis and restructuring; employee training and development; compliance with state/federal labor laws; performance management; diversity and inclusion initiatives; and full-cycle recruiting.
Prior to joining SMBC MANUBANK, Megan served as a Senior HR Business Partner/Consultant at Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO), where she managed HR for multiple business divisions. She has also held leadership roles with Macquarie Capital (USA) as Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources and Moelis & Company as Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles and New York.
Megan has a bachelor's of science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Having lived in Japan during her youth, she enjoys all aspects of its pop culture and practicing her Japanese.
