**The average collected balance is calculated by adding the collected balance in the account on each day of the statement cycle and dividing that sum by the number of days in the statement cycle. Each day’s collected balance is calculated by taking the ledger balance in your account at the end of each day and subtracting any funds from deposited checks or other items drawn on other financial institutions that have not yet been made available to the Bank by the Federal Reserve Bank or other correspondent Banks.
