If you use our CMConnectPlus service, MB Personal Online Banking or MB Business Online Banking you may send us and our service providers various kinds of information, depending on the services you use: for example, you may send us or our service providers log-in information (user name and identifying number), information about the content of reports and data you request, and information about your accounts and transactions you wish to perform, such as funds transfers, stop payments and check orders. Likewise, if you use our MB Remote Deposit service, you send us and our service provider long-in information and information about the deposits you are making. We and our service providers use the information you send us to respond to your requests and process the transactions you perform, and we will maintain customary records of these transactions. We may retain any messages or information you send us for reference in connection with current or future inquiries and transactions, for internal administrative purposes (including data backup) and, in some instances, to fulfill legal requirements. We or our service providers may place “cookies" (a small text file) on your computer to identify you and provide you with customized information when you use certain features of our services. In general, these cookies will be removed at the end of your CMConnectPlus, MB Personal Online Banking or MB Business Online Banking session, provided you log off normally. However, if you register your computer with us for log-in purposes, we or our service providers will place a cookie that will remain on your computer after the end of your session, so we can identify your computer the next time you log-in.
If you send us an e-mail message or an inquiry through our Web site, the information you send (including your e-mail address and other identifying information in the message header) will be forwarded to the appropriate office within Manufacturers Bank for response. We use the information you send us to respond to your requests, and we will maintain customary records of any resulting banking transactions. We may retain any messages or information you send us for reference in connection with current or future inquiries and transactions, for internal administrative purposes (including data backup) and, in some instances, to fulfill legal requirements.

Manufacturers Bank does not sell customer information gathered through our Web site to third parties for the purpose of marketing their products or services. The accuracy of the information Manufacturers Bank maintains is very important. If you believe we have information about you that is incorrect, outdated or incomplete, you should contact your account officer or, if the information you think is wrong appears on a statement or notice from us, you should call the telephone number shown on the statement or notice. We will look into the matter and correct our records as appropriate.
We may change or add to the terms of this Online Privacy Statement at any time. We will notify you of any material change by posting a notice or an amended Online Privacy Statement with a new effective date at this Web site. In addition, if the change relates to our CMConnectPlus service, MB Personal Online Banking, MB Business Online Banking or MB Remote Deposit service, we may post a notice that will automatically appear when you log in to the service for a period of time, which we will determine, after the effective date of the change.
